We can charge by the hour- which means our customers are only charged for the time that we actually work, or we can give you a fixed price for the larger jobs that we can do for you. Q. How can I Pay?

A. We accept cash, cheque or credit card - you will always receive a receipt from us. 

Q. Do you supply the materials?

A. Yes. We can supply all the necessary materials need to complete the job. We have trade accounts with suppliers and therefore it is often best that we buy the materials as we can buy at discount prices and pass these discount on to our customers - which will often save you money on your cost of the work.     

Q. Can I trust your Expert Handymen?

A. Absolutely! All of our handymen wear a uniform, carry identification and will arrive in a liveried vehicle. In addition, just to make sure, All of our Expert Handymen have to be cleared and vetted by the Criminal Records Bureau, which further safeguards you.    

Q. What happens if I am not happy with the work carried out?

A. In the first instance, speak to your Handyman Expert handyman. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and customer service. In the event of a dispute you can call 0800 043 4703 to register your complaint and you will be able to speak directly to a local manager responsible so that your complaint is handled swiftly and to your satisfaction. Q. Do you charge a call out fee?

A. No. Unlike many other companies we do not charge a call out fee, we will give you a completely free estimate based on the work that needs doing - if you decide not to go ahead with the work, we won't charge you.
